Countries where we ship to
Our items are shipped from Spain. Boonper can only ensure delivery to the country where the order was placed. We deliver our items to all EU countries, the USA and most countries in Asia and the Middle East.

Delivery time & costs
We offer one shipping method for all the orders placed at boonper.com:
—Standard Express Delivery (1-4 working days ) from Monday to Friday. The rates depend on the country where the order is placed:

Working days are Monday to Friday during business hours (9.00 - 17.00 - Spain), excluding national holidays in Spain.
All the orders are shipped from Spain via DHL Express. We will send you a confirmation email at shipping time where you will be able to track your item.
Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes (from you or an authorized adult). In case nobody is available to sign for the package for three consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.
Exchanges and Returns
We allow exchanges in Spain, EU and USA for FREE up to 14 days after the customer has received the item.
We allow returns up to 14 full days after the customer has received the item. For international orders the return will cost the following (this will be deducted from the amount that will be paid back to the customer).
- Europe (EU) including Switzerland, Monaco, Norway and UK - Free €
- United States of America - 10 €
- Singapore, Qatar, EUA, Hong Kong - 10 €
- Rest of the world - 35 €
We will send our own delivery courier to take the product, in most cases DHL Express. The client is free to choose another delivery courier at their own expense.
We will reimburse our customers once we receive the item in its original package and verify its unused condition at our warehouse in Valencia, Spain.
We do not accept exchanges for international orders outside EU or USA. The client can return the item and place a new order if the product is available.
